Alex "Ink Demon" - Full Turnaround and Expressions

A character redesign and visual exploration project centered around my personal interpretation of the Ink Demon from Bendy and the Ink Machine. Created specifically for a future comic adaptation, this version reimagines the character with a stronger emphasis on emotional expression, body language, and sympathetic horror elements while maintaining connections to the original game design. The project includes multiple form explorations, expression studies, and production-focused reference sheets for future comic consistency.
