The One Who's Running the Show Cover Thumbnail

A theatrical character illustration created as a mock show poster. I wanted the piece to immediately convey confidence, charisma, and a touch of menace, so I focused on strong gestures, direct eye contact, and dramatic stage-inspired framing.

The limited red, black, and gold palette was chosen to reinforce the circus aesthetic while helping the character stand out against the background. The typography and curtain motifs were added to further sell the feeling of a performance already in progress, with the viewer being invited into the show.
